OneStream Passes 600 EMEA Customers, Triples Finance AI Base

OneStream announced on November 6, 2026 that it has surpassed 600 customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and more than tripled its Finance AI customer base in the region since the end of 2025, according to a report on the announcement. The news came out of Lisbon ahead of Web Summit 2026.
The Numbers
Per the report, OneStream added more than 100 new EMEA customers over the past 12 months, and its customers there operate in more than 35 markets. Named EMEA customers include Grupo ACS, Delivery Hero and Swatch, across manufacturing, retail, banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. Globally, the company cites more than 1,900 customers, including 16% of the Fortune 500, and about 1,600 employees. It lists EMEA offices in London, Manchester, Paris, Amsterdam and Madrid. These figures are company-reported, and the report does not break out how many EMEA customers use each AI capability.

Founder and CEO Tom Shea is quoted saying CFOs across Europe are recognizing the advantage of AI operating within a strict framework of financial governance, and that "AI is the reasoning engine, but enterprise software must be the trust engine." Shea is scheduled to speak at Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon on Thursday, November 12, in a fireside chat titled "Why AI and SaaS Need Each Other."
Our Take
This is a company announcement, so treat the adoption figures as directional rather than independently verified. Still, the theme matches what we see in practice: finance teams are willing to adopt AI when it sits inside governed, auditable data and process, and much less so when it does not. For OneStream customers considering Finance AI features, the groundwork matters more than the tooling: clean dimensions, reconciled data, documented close processes and clear review controls. If your application relies on manual workarounds or inconsistent metadata, fix that first, because AI will amplify whatever foundation it is given.
